‘The Clark Sisters’ earns 2.7 million viewers, highest Lifetime ratings since 2016
Saturday’s Lifetime original movie “The Clark Sisters” scored over 2.7 million viewers, becoming the channel’s highest rated original movie since 2016. The biopic, which featured powerhouse performances from Aunjanue Ellis, Angela Birchett, Sheléa Frazier, Kierra Sheard and Raven Goodwin, is also “the strongest original movie for all television for 2020 across key demos including both broadcast and cable,” according to Deadline. It also trended #1 on Twitter and appeared in multiple trending term spots for the night.
Encore presentations of The Clark Sisters: First Ladies of Gospel will air throughout the month on Lifetime, starting tonight at 8/7pm CT. It is also available on VOD.
