Gospel star Le’Andria Johnson released a statement about her pregnancy today. She confirms that she is expecting a child in September. She also asks fans to pray for God’s guidance and protection over her life.

Le’Andria Johnson has been creating a large amount of buzz the past few months. She has had many high profile performances recently, such as on the Stellar Awards and TBN, along with a guest appearance on James Fortune & FIYA’s new chart topping release “Identity.”

Now, Music World is releasing “Evolution of Le’Andria Johnson.” It consists of seven songs, some were arranged/produced by R&B star Raphael Saadiq and gospel star Eric Dawkins. It is available on Amazon.com, Feb. 14 nationwide.

Houston artist Brian Courtney Wilson has released ‘So Proud’ to much buzz this week following a promotional tour around the country. The album is his second release on the Music World Gospel label. It follows the successful ‘Just Love’ which produced hits, ‘Already Here’ and ‘All I Need.’  The new project is available in national retailers and online.

Gospel legend Vanessa Bell-Armstrong is releasing a new project on the Music World Gospel label, Jan. 31 called “Timeless.” You can pre-order it on Amazon.com.

Matthew Knowles and Music World Gospel Present an ESSENCE Music Festival Superlounge Showcase at the Louisiana Superdome on Sunday, July 3. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. and showtime is at 7:00 p.m.

The showcase features artists on the Music World Gospel roster, including Trin-i-tee 5:7, Vanessa Bell Armstrong, Brian Courtney Wilson and Micah Stampley. The event will be hosted by Pastor Rudy Rasmus, Music World Gospel Ambassador, and host of SIRIUS XM Satellite Radio’s new show, “Pastor Rudy’s Love Revolution.”

Music World Entertainment is the official music partner for the ESSENCE Music Festival. During the music festival holiday weekend (July 1, 2 and 3), Music World Entertainment and Beyond Productions (booth # 220) will present a series of performances  at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. In addition, Music World Entertainment will have the official “must have” CD/DVD of the festival’s live experience, along with other top title releases, artist(s) signings, giveaways and more.

Gospel supergroup Trin-i-tee 5:7 held a CD release signing at HEB in Pearland, TX this past weekend.  The Houston-based Music World Entertainment artists met with fans, performed and took photos at the event. It was sponsored in part by HEB & Praise 92.1.
