Houston, one of the first cities to air ‘2012 Stellar Awards’

The 27th Annual Stellar Awards were held during Martin Luther King, Jr. Weekend in Nashville, TN to much fanfare. Artists and fans traveled from around the world to perform and to attend special events during gospel music’s busiest weekend.

Houston’s My 20 will air the awards show on Jan. 21 7pm CST. The station is one of the firsts in the nation to air the ceremony. It does not air on the Gospel Music Channel until Feb. 11.
