‘How Sweet the Sound’ kicks off in Dallas Sept. 15

America’s gospel choir competition is back again. Verizon Wireless How Sweet The Sound, begins its annual tour on Sept. 15 in Dallas, TX at the American Airlines Center.

Tour stops include Atlanta, Charlotte, Washington, DC, Detroit, St. Louis, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Oakland.

Houston’s James Fortune, Israel Houghton and Kurt Carr will be guest judges during the competition.

Donald Lawrence will be the event’s host this year with CeCe Winans as co-host. Dorinda Clark-Cole will be co-hosting only in select cities. Visit www.howsweetthesound.com for more information.
