A native of Chicago, Austin was first introduced to music through his father, a respected gospel organist who instilled in him a deep appreciation for classical and gospel music. That foundation led Austin to a prolific career as a keyboardist, producer, and arranger.

His professional journey included collaborations with music icons such as Mary J. Blige, Beyoncé, Blackstreet, SWV, and Destiny’s Child. Highlights of his career include being featured in a Blackstreet music video filmed in Liverpool, England. Austin also contributed to the music industry through credits on projects by Blackstreet and Kirk Franklin, as listed on AllMusic.com. His global travels allowed him to share his artistry on stages worldwide, earning him recognition for his versatility and unmatched creativity.
