New music| Alkendria releases hot summer single

The new single “Liberation” by Houston artist, Alkendria is a refreshing song that comes just in time for summer. The single’s production and vocal arrangement are reminiscent of R&B supergroup, En Vogue’s punchy delivery style during the 90s.

One sure thing, listening to the tune you may move and groove to the beat.

The random choir breakdown vamp brings to mind Lamar Campbell’s “I Need Your Spirit” (2:19). The catchy chorus “Liberation, it’s my celebration…” will be stuck in your head for the rest of the day after listening to it.
