Vanessa Bell-Armstrong signs with Matthew Knowles’ “Music World Entertainment”

Gospel legend Vanessa Bell-Armstrong has signed a deal with Matthew Knowles’ Music World Entertainment label. The label, based in Houston, TX, has a roster that includes: Brian Courtney Wilson, Trin-i-tee 5:7, Micah Stampley and also has rights to R&B group, Destiny’s Child and Beyonce’s past recordings.

Armstrong says, “I am so happy to have a new home with Music World Gospel. I am excited about working with my new team.” This deal also includes management of the artist.

Her latest recording, “Good News” has been heating up the gospel airwaves, released on EMI Gospel in 2009. She is also currently a part of the music department of Houston, TX megachurch, Bishop I.V. Hilliard’s, New Light.
